Airvvy Job Alerts

Airvvy Job Alerts is the text message program of Hendricks Agency LLC, doing business as Airvvy, a Houston, Texas company. Airvvy is a 24/7 AI phone receptionist for HVAC contractors. When the receptionist answers a call for a contractor and captures a job request, a lead, or an emergency, the program sends that contractor one short text so they can call the customer back.

Who receives these texts

Only Airvvy account holders: the HVAC contractor who signed up, at the mobile number they entered during setup and checked the text alert box for. We never text a contractor's customers, and we never buy or use third-party lists.

How a contractor opts in

Contractors sign up at airvvy.com/signup and then complete setup. Step 1 of setup asks for the business line and the owner's mobile number. Directly under the mobile field is a checkbox that is unchecked by default. Texts are sent only if the contractor checks it. It is optional: leave it unchecked and every alert arrives by email and in the dashboard instead.

Setup happens after sign-in, so the step is reproduced below. It is the same form a contractor sees. Nothing entered here is saved or texted.

Two numbers to get started

We look up your business line, pick the right forwarding code for your carrier, and get you a dedicated Airvvy number.

Your business line, the one on your trucks and your Google listing. You will forward this line to Airvvy. Customers keep calling the number they already know.

The on-call number named in emergency alerts. If your business line is your cell, enter the same number here; that works.

The checkbox reads:

What we send

Account notifications only: a job request, a new lead, or an emergency flagged on a call Airvvy answered for the contractor's business. No marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with call volume; most accounts receive between 0 and 10 alerts per day.

Sample messages:

  • Airvvy: Job request: Maria Delgado 713-555-0142, AC repair, tomorrow morning. Details in your email and dashboard. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Airvvy: EMERGENCY: Tom Reyes 832-555-0199. Gas smell, caller told to leave and call 911. Call them back now. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Airvvy: New lead: Dan Flynn 281-555-0123. Quote on a new system. Wants a call back. Reply STOP to opt out.

How to stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to any Airvvy alert to opt out. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Alerts continue by email and in your dashboard.
  • Reply START to resubscribe, or update your number in dashboard settings.
  • Reply HELP, email hello@airvvy.com, or call (832) 441-3414 for help.
